My name is Widad, I am the founder and CEO of American Estate, and I'm passionate about connecting cultures and creating seamless experiences in the real estate investment world.

Since obtaining my real estate license in 2017 from the State of California, I have embarked on an enriching journey within the US real estate market, a path that has allowed me to work alongside individuals from over 30 diverse cultures. My roots in the Middle East, combined with my real estate experience in the United States, have gifted me with a profound understanding of both cultural landscapes. This unique insight drives my ambition to serve as a bridge for international investors seeking opportunities in the US real estate market.

My career in real estate has been marked by a series of successful and rewarding experiences, including facilitating property transactions valued at over $16 million and being honored to get the "President Circle"  award from Berkshire Hathaway home service as a recognition for being in the top 5% of the company Nationwide in 2019. These accomplishments are not just numbers to me; they represent dreams realized, investments secured, and trust built with my clients.

In addition to my real estate endeavors, I have an experience-design background that informs my approach to real estate, where I apply the same principles of user-centric design to design personalized service experiences for my clients. By merging my expertise in real estate with my passion for designing the best experience for my clients, I aim to make every step of the investment journey an enjoyable and rewarding experience.  

Outside of my professional life, I am a vibrant social person who enjoys impactful community involvement, fitness, nature, and cherished moments with family. My dedication to positive societal change led me to establish the "Prosperity Project",  an initiative dedicated to fostering a positive environment through social, cultural, and fitness activities. The project's mission is to inspire positive change, encourage personal development, and build meaningful connections, all within a nurturing community setting.
